Modularity

All our services are modular, corresponding to the stages and steps in our “Comprehensive Methodology for Developing Websites & Online Products” (see map). The alternative for clients is to be forced to commit to an entire project, hoping to become clear about its goals and how to achieve them en route. This enables the client to try working with a vendor on a short service to see how well the vendor does and how effective the collaboration between client and vendor proves to be, before committing to additional services.

Decision Points

Each step culminates in a decision point, at which time the client can make a well-informed choice about whether or how to proceed. This way of doing projects is a highly sensible way to proceed through a project that is difficult to plan accurately from beginning to end.

A Wide Range of Services

We offer expert services to fully address all steps of the process for designing or redesigning websites and their content, including virtualized business functions, communication functions, and especially online-products/applications. The only exception is that we don’t do implementation of the design (coding, testing, etc.). Few other vendors offer services for more than a few of the steps, and are not knowledgeable about the entire process.
